Experience Ahead, which has trained and supported over 200 executives in designing their second professional career, and ETC Executive Search, a firm focused on the search and management of executive talent, launch Executive Evolution +50, a program to support senior executives in clarifying the uncertainty of their professional future.
How to know if it’s for you?
This program is for you if:
• You are or have been an executive in one or more companies.
• You are over 50 years old.
• You are employed, in career transition, or looking for other options.
• You are looking at the job market, worried about your professional future, and at your age, you don’t know how to access opportunities.

• You want to have a future plan, even beyond retirement.
• You have thought about being your own boss but are unsure if it’s for you or if you should stay in an organization.
• You are unaware of the implications of most self-employment alternatives.
• You want to improve your personal brand and networking to access opportunities.
• You don’t know where to start but think it’s easier to reinvent yourself or design your next professional steps with support.
What does it consist of?
It consists of a primarily practical itinerary conducted in a hybrid format with a maximum of 10 executives in each group. The program, which includes individual online training and five in-person group sessions, features an assessment, challenges, activities with continuous feedback from the mentor, and individual mentoring sessions. It is divided into three blocks:
1. Who am I? A journey of self-discovery with personality tests, motivations, values, and competencies.
2. What do I choose? Deciding on the professional objective that best suits your profile after simulating different professional alternatives.
3. How do I do it? In-depth development of a hidden job market plan, personal brand, and networking to access opportunities.
Methodology?
Executive Evolution +50 has its own methodology and practically combines four elements:
• MEASUREMENT
A comprehensive personality, motivations, and values test will be the first step to know yourself better and will help you configure your profile and choose the future objective that best suits you.
• CONTENT
Highly useful and practical, in both online and in-person formats, divided into three blocks:
1. Getting to know yourself while looking to the future: Self-awareness. Competencies of the digital age, trends.
2. Choosing a professional objective: Alternatives and value propositions to continue growing in your company, change to another one, or be your own boss.
3. Concretizing an Action Plan: Searching for the hidden market, personal branding, LinkedIn, and networking.
• EXPERIENCE
To continue evolving, changing positions, or establishing yourself independently, you will be inspired by other executives who have already reinvented themselves and will experience firsthand what it means to be an advisor, teacher, project consultant, investor, startup advisor, entrepreneur, etc. You will simulate all alternatives and see which one suits your profile.
• SUPPORT
You will be accompanied from the first week by a mentor-executive who has reinvented themselves, knows the market, will give you feedback on activities, and will help you develop your action plan.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Mónica Pérez Hurtado
Law degree from CEU San Pablo, MBA, and Doctoral student in Professional Reinvention, with expertise in Talent Development, Leadership, Innovation, Strategy, personal branding, and entrepreneurship. Over 25 years of experience, she has advanced the careers of professionals and executives as Talent Director at N2S, headhunter, Strategic Projects Director at Pfizer, and Recruitment Director at Barclays Bank. Since 2019, she has invested in STEAM startups and promotes entrepreneurship through WA4STEAM, Experience Ahead, or Bestalent. She is an associate professor at CEU, MIT (Boston), ISDI, and an international speaker at companies and business schools.
Pilar Trucios
MBA from IESE, with international studies and experience, specializing in Digital Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Communication, and Personal Branding. She has over 25 years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur. She has been Deputy Director of the economic newspaper Expansión and General Director at Bankia. As an entrepreneur, she has launched several projects: The Valley Digital Business School, Experience Ahead, and WA4STEAM. As a Business Angel, she has invested in more than 20 tech startups. She teaches at UNAV, MIT, and ISDI, and is a speaker at business schools and companies.
Duration
The Executive Evolution +50 lasts for 16 weeks, during which you must complete your personality test, 14 modules with activities, 4 mentoring sessions, and a final project.
Includes
- Tests and individual reports on personality, motivations, and values.
- Online sessions and activities with feedback every week.
- Five in-person group sessions.
- Individual mentoring (1 initial session + 3 sessions of 1.5 hours).

Admission
