José María de la Torre has more than 30 years of experience in IT, collaborating in companies and projects of growth, international sales, launching technological solutions, innovation, organisational transformation, and digitalisation.

He was CEO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Spain and led the company for Southern Europe. Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Business Group, Services and Systems at HP.
He began his career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen and held senior positions at Bull-Zenith-Atos, Fujitsu-ICL and Toshiba, among others. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Amcham, ABC, AEC and CEOE.
He is currently a member of the CIBG and IC-A, and an alumnus of MIT Sloan.
He holds a degree in Physics, specialising in Computer Science and has an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Leadership & Management, Strategy & Innovation and Technology & Operations from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan (MIT). He also completed a Leadership programme at Harvard Business School and a Communication programme at Stanford University.
He is co-author of the book «The Good Technology».
